As program leader for 4-H Youth Development, Renee works with the Director of Extension to ensure federal compliance of the Indiana 4-H Youth Development Program. The program leader is a member of the Purdue CES Administrative team; facilitates programmatic and curricular updates with field staff and specialists in the Department of Youth Development and Agricultural Education; and reviews credentials, interviews candidates and orients new faculty and staff.
