Peggy is responsible for coordinating a comprehensive professional development and core competency system for all Extension staff with a focus on the orientation of new Extension educators and County Directors. As EEO and Civil Rights Officer for Purdue Extension she provides oversight for staff development, reporting and coordination of all aspects of civil rights, EEO, and affirmative action with the University Offices of Affirmative Action and Human Resources and the USDA. She also serves as the Point of Contact between the Office of Personnel Management/USDA and all Schedule A Federal employees of Purdue Extension. In addition she works closely with the School of Agriculture Business office and their policies as they relate to CES field extension operations.
