Janet Bechman is the Extension Plan of Work and Accountability Coordinator. She provides leadership for the implementation of the Plan of Work, including incorporating the Plan of Work into the System for Accountability and Management (SAM). She is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the Extension sections of SAM 2 and collaborating with AgIT. She is responsible for staff development for SAM 2 and using information from SAM for reporting programmatic impact to stakeholders. Janet is responsible for instructing staff on Logic Model program development and evaluation and she is the coordinator of the CED Assessment Center. Janet also is the Extension IRB Coordinator for the Extension Human Subjects Committee and coordinates the review process for Educator applications, and maintains the database of all Extension Educator approvals.
