The 2010-2011 academic year scholarship application filing period for current students is December 21, 2009 - February 1, 2010. Admitted incoming freshman or transfer students filing period is December 21, 2009 - February 15, 2010 available December 21, 2009. Students complete an online application (see below for link) by entering through a password-protected site, using your Purdue Career Account login. Many of the scholarships listed only require the online application.
- Number of Awards: 15-20 scholarships per year depending on the quality and quantity of applicants.
- Eligibility: open to incoming freshmen, transfer and continuing undergraduate students admitted in entomology; some restrictions may apply.
- Selection Criteria: various combinations of scholastics (Minimum GPA overall 2.5; Last two semesters 3.0), character, and financial need.
- Amount: between $500 to $2000.
