NOTE: Parents must initial all of the release statements for the 4-H'er to be enrolled. New in 2012, you may pay your state enrollement fee on-line.
 
4-H CloverCass County Financial Assistance for State 4-H Program Fee.  Cass County 4-H is a not-for-profit organization which provides youth programs to residents of Cass County.  Occasionally youth will need financial assistance in order to participate in 4-H.  Youth are strongly encouraged to use their skills and talents to raise the money for registration fees then if the need still exists to seek financial assistance.  This is the criteria that will help determine the appropriate level of financial assistance you might receive.  The Financial Assistance Request Form will need to be completed and returned to the Cass County Extension Office if applying for financial assistance.
