Teaching

  • ANSC 39300 - Animal Industry Travel Course
  • Teaching involvement has included co-teaching the Animal Industry Study Travel course (ANSC 393) for 8 years, instructing Animal Agriculture (SAG 106) and Feeds and Feeding (SAG 206) at Vincennes University for 1 year, and guest lecturing in Swine Production (ANSC 443), Poultry Production (ANSC 445), and Dairy Production (ANSC 444). Responsible for counselling an average of 25 to 30 undergraduate students.
