You may use any of the following methods to contact AgIT for further support. AgIT Support Specialist are available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. AgIT observes all University holidays.

The Support Services team meets weekly on Wednesday at 8:15 am for about 1/2 hour to review status of current help requests and projects. During that time you may get voicemail when attempting to contact us. Please leave voicemail or submit a help request to agithelp@purdue.edu.   An AgIT Support Specialist will respond as soon as possible. Requests for assistance are responded to in the order in which they are received.  Periods of heavy usaga (ex. IP Video dial-in times, Fair Season, etc) may result in a backlog of calls resulting in slight delays in response.
