Jason completed his M.S. degree in May ’06 focusing on production economics utilizing spatial econometric techniques to evaluate the profitability of drainage water management at field scale. He began his Ph.D. studies in the Fall of 2006. His current research interests are in regional economics focusing on policy issues related to land use, development, energy, and household income. After completing his Ph.D., Jason wishes to pursue teaching and research at a Land Grant university.
