Letters to the Editor

Dear Connections editor,

You've done it again! I continue to be enormously impressed with each issue of Connections — kudos to you and your exceptional staff! I am not a graduate of the College of Agriculture, and yet I check out every article and every picture.

Our letter carrier has declared that we receive more mail than any other customer on his route — he may be jesting. Even though there is plenty of competition for the pieces of mail that receive immediate attention, Connections is a winner every time. Rather like eating potato chips or chocolate chip cookies, a reader can't stop with one article — once I start reading, I am compelled to stay through the last article.

From Kim Hamilton to Matt Eckerle, and from Lowell Hardin to Tom Turpin and his thin twin, Connections and its features tell a wonderful story about the energy and excitement of today's College of Agriculture. Thank you for continuing to inform and entertain your appreciative audience.

Retired dean of students

Dear Connections editor,

I've had some unexpected but delightful feedback on the Andrea Campbell piece and photo in the spring issue of Connections. Your inclusion of my e-mail address has brought six or so responses a day the last three days. Mostly they are from students recalling anecdotes that are no longer part of my memory.

So Connections has some readership out there, as I'm sure you know. And thank you, your photo is one of the few I've seen of me that I like!
