Virginia Quesdada earned a degree in agricultural communication in 2001 from Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana. She began working as a Web writer for Purdue's AgComm Department in October 2001 on a pilot project for a gardening Web site and e-mail newsletter. When that project ended, she managed the development of the Education Store which makes Extension materials available for sale online. Now that the Store is complete, she creates and maintains Web sites for various clients in the College of Agriculture and also trains the clients how to maintain their Web sites themselves. Other duties include placing surveys online and the creation of email newsletters.
