Paula Dillard has been coordinating and managing the three-person distribution unit in the Department of Agricultural Communication since 1987. She oversees the fulfillment and accounting process, as well as mange the Education Store online ordering process. Paula is a founding member of the National Resource Manager’s Officers organization, an organization made up of fellow Land Grant state university distribution centers mangers. She served a chairperson of the organization in 1994 - 1995. Paula joined the department after working in the Agriculture Business Office. Prior to that, she had completed the Accomplished Clerical for Excellence (ACE), a two year program. She has attended several on job training workshops.
