Dan joined the publishing unit of Ag Comm in 2000 as a graphic designer. His primary responsibilities include design and layout of projects for print and electronic publications for both Purdue Extension and the College of Agriculture. His previous experience includes 12 years with a printing firm and a video production company. His experience includes advertising, marketing, graphic design, writing, animation, technical illustration, television commercials and traditional print production. Dan also was an assistant professor with 12 years teaching experience in the Technical Graphics Department at Purdue University. He received his master of arts degree in 1982 from Purdue University and his bachelor of fine arts degree in 1974 from the Kansas City Art Institute. His outside activities include fine art painting that he exhibits throughout the Midwest.
