How to Order
Browse
Browse - Browse the catalog listing from the links on the left side of the page. Click on categories and again on any sub-category to find materials of interest to you.
Search - Enter keywords into the search field or, if you know the product number, enter it in the product number field. Click on "Browse Our Free Publications" on the left side of the page to browse categories from which you can download and print free materials at your convenience.
Featured Items - New or revised products are featured on this page. Direct links to the product provide a product number, title, description, retail price, and image.
Shopping Basket
Adding Items
When you’re ready to add an item to your Shopping Basket, enter the number of items you wish to purchase, and click the “Add to Shopping Basket” link next to the item.
Viewing Your Shopping Basket
Your Shopping Basket shows you which items you have selected and your subtotal. When you’re ready to continue, click the Checkout link at the bottom of the page.
Checkout Process
New customer or Returning Customer
If you have not created an account with us, select “New Customer.” You will need to fill in the information on each screen.
If you’ve created an account with us, select “Returning Customer,” and we’ll automatically fill in your billing address information for you.
Enter the Billing Address
On the "Billing Address" page, enter your name and billing address exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*). Some fields are optional, but we ask that you provide as much information as you can. This will help us provide better service and allow us to fill your order faster.
If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, check the box labeled “Shipping address same as billing address” at the bottom of the page, and click “Continue Checkout.” Otherwise, leave this unchecked.
While on this screen, you can also create an account to make online ordering even easier. Make sure your e-mail address is entered, and then enter a password. Creating an account is not mandatory, but having your billing and shipping addresses stored speeds up your shopping.
Enter the Shipping Address
If you checked the “Shipping address is the same as billing address” box on the Billing page, you won’t see this screen. If you do see this screen, enter your shipping address. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*). Some fields are optional, but we ask that you provide as much information as you can. This will help us provide better service and allow us to fill your order faster.
Review Your Order
On the “Review Order” page, you can review final order information, including your order total. You may edit the billing and shipping information if it is not accurate. Click on the link under the address you wish to change.
After you have reviewed your order information, you may print out the form, or you may pay online with your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit card. Select the appropriate link at the bottom of the screen.

Credit Card Payment
Enter your credit card information, and click the “Process Payment” button.
Cancel Order
If you no longer want to process your order, you can cancel it by pressing the “Cancel Credit Card Processing” button.
This is your last chance to cancel your order.
Order Confirmation
The order confirmation page will appear. Your order is now complete. You may want to print the order confirmation page because it summarizes your order information.
Return Policy
Materials must be returned to the Education Store within 60 days of purchase to receive a full refund or credit. Videotapes are not returnable unless they are defective. Defective videotapes will be replaced when returned within 15 days of the shipping date and with a written explanation of the defect.
Credits to an invoice or credit card will be made upon the return of the product. The product must be in re-saleable condition to be accepted.
